Who Are You Walking For?

We recently posted this on our Facebook page and here are the responses:

Walking in memory of my Dad, Leonard H. Mosher! I've participated on and off about 15 years.

I will be walking for my friend, Dennis Rich (Hungry for Life). This will b my second year and I will have the honor of walking with some of the greatest people God created!! 

I'm walking in memory of several family members and in honor of several other family members and friends. Sad to say I walked the first year and then not again until now.

Walking for cancer battlers/survivors like myself and my friends ... hang in there Ward and Richard, ... walking for the special friends who lost their battles with cancer .... miss you Peter, Chris, John (Mr. Z), and Jan ....walking for the many local doctors and nurses who have devoted their lives to helping patients fight cancer, thank you Dr. Lauren Dias, Dr. Eric Weber, Dr. Walter Sall, Dr. Richard Goodenough, and Dr. Maury McGough.

I am walking for my mom, who is battling multiple melanoma, my grandmother who has passed, and the rest of my family who has lost their battle and for those who continue to battle this horrible disease. This is my 7th year walking.

I started walking in 1995 in memory of my dear friend Todd Lyons who passed away that year. Now 15 years later I'm still walking, but now it's in memory of my dad who passed in 2006. Miss you daddy!

I am leading team Cruzin for Susan in memory of my mom. This is our team's 4th year. I have been walking for over a decade. Look for news on our May 20th wine tasting fundraiser. I am looking for silent auction items is anyone has anything to donate please let me know.

I started walking in 2006. 3 years ago, my father in law passed away the morning of the walk from cancer, so this walk is important to me as well.

My family has been walking every year since 1996 when my Mom passed away. Then Dad passed away the following year. They both were patients at the Cancer Center! We are called Team Jeannette and Bob (Nelson).

My brother Dennis Rich and too many other family members and friends. Team Hungry For Life!

I've walked since the first year...although my mom used to end up carrying me! This is the first year I'll be walking as a survivor! :)

Team Hungry For Life will have it's fourth WALK this year! In memory of D. Rich.

I'll be walking in memory of D.Rich 2nd year.. With the best people on the face of this earth.

Chris's Cruisers is walking for our 10th year. In memory of Chris S.  

My mom... Breast Cancer Survivor! I have been doing this walk since my parents were pushing me in a stroller.... so about 18 years hahaha! and I am only 21!!

For and with my sister, a brave woman fighting Breast Cancer for the second time. She is my hero! For my mom a breast cancer survivor. In honor of our grandmother who lost her fight many years ago. This is our second year walking.  


I walk in honor of my Mom and in memory of my Dad and have been walking about 12 years.
