20th Annual Tribute Book

This year we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary on June 20, 2010.  In recognition of this milestone event, we are printing a special Tribute Book that will be a keepsake publication, and will feature 20 North Shore heroes who have made the WALK and the Cancer Center so successful.

In trying to be mindful of the economy, while the quality of the book will be enhanced, we are keeping the rates the same as last year.  If you would like to submit an ad, simply mail it back to us with your completed form and payment or email it to mwright12@partners.org (please keep in mind the file size/type requirements stated on the Tribute form).

We are hoping to distribute the Tribute Books early this year.  In order to be included, please have your ad, the Tribute sheet posted below, and your payment to us no later than March 22, 2010.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call 978-825-6232 or email mwright12@partners.org.
